Project Roots is a youth-led social enterprise reconnecting Sri Lankan diaspora youth with their cultural heritage through immersive, community-driven volunteering programmes. We engage motivated young professionals of Sri Lankan heritage—raised overseas—and bring them back to the island to collaborate with local organisations, share knowledge, and spark opportunities in investment and export. Our mission is to strengthen diaspora ties and contribute to the sustainable development of Sri Lanka.
