Mission: To challenge employers to think differently about the veteran talent pool. To create career opportunities for Veterans and Service Leavers. There is national skills shortage across Construction Industry. There is a national shortage of housing. The Solution A unique Transition Programme, created by industry leaders and ex-military personnel to transition ‘Ready For Work’ Veterans into the Construction Industry. Coupled with a professional online community, bringing the military talent pool and forward thinking employers together. What is Project RECCE? Project RECCE is a career transition programme delivered in partnership with The Royal Foundation, AFC and Industry Leaders. The success of this proven pathway exists due to the support and vision of our strategic partners. Project RECCE ensures that individuals are provided with the correct training are partnered with appropriate employers and vacancies within the construction industry. We are in part funded by The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust and the Veterans Foundation, who are helping us to deliver this innovative and dynamic transition programme.
