Project & Programme Matters (PPM) is a Malaysia-based project management consultancy with a focus on mega construction projects. It aims to deliver class-leading project and programme services, to assist our clients and partners to plan, manage and deliver high-quality built environment projects that meet their corporate goals, maximize the value of their investment and minimize their exposure to risks. PPM was formed in 2013 to work with clients in the conceptualization, definition and delivery of their projects and programmes. Our team has wide ranging international experience on projects and programmes in multiple sectors including: railway infrastructure, community resettlement schemes, large-scale retail developments, short and long-span bridges, high-tech manufacturing and power generation. PPM is partly owned by KTA (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia’s largest engineering consultancies. KTA (Sarawak)’s technical know-how and enviable track record in the region will be leveraged to our client’s benefit.
