We created Project Mood as a response to the growing challenges of modern life. With busy schedules, constant stress, and the rise of remote work, people are feeling more disconnected and isolated than ever. Loneliness and low mood are becoming common, fueled by a lack of social connection and the absence of spaces that truly bring people together. Project Mood was designed to combat this—to create a place where movement, recovery, and human connection intersect. Exercise, recovery, and social environments naturally boost dopamine, the chemical that enhances mood and motivation. By combining a Training Club and bathhouse under one roof, we’ve created a space where you can recharge physically, reconnect socially, and leave feeling better than when you walked in. Ultimately, Project Mood is about creating a community where people can step away from the demands of life, prioritise their well-being, and rediscover the joy that comes from shared experiences and intentional self-care.
