We design and direct stress-test exercises, studies, and structured research for the organizations that own multi-stakeholder boundaries: research programs, agencies, conveners, and analytics partners. Our methods were developed under NASA-funded research on air transportation resilience (Center for Air Transportation Resilience, a NASA University Leadership Initiative), where we serve as Co-Investigators leading stakeholder perspective analysis.
