Project Fortress Information

Project Fortress | The Legal Operating System Project Fortress is the modern operating system for legal work—built on Salesforce and designed for how law firms, corporate legal departments, and state government agencies actually function. What started as a platform for transactional practice groups has evolved into a full ecosystem for managing matters, deals, cases, and legislation—from diligence to drafting, from project management to precedent. Fortress brings every part of legal operations into one connected system: Deal, Case & Legislative Management – Run transactions, litigation, and government workflows with live checklists, collaborative workstreams, and structured data that capture institutional knowledge as you work. Seamless Integrations – iManage, NetDocuments, Microsoft 365, Slack, and more—all connected into a single workspace. AI Workflows with Fortress.ai – Our proprietary agentic AI framework automates diligence, drafting, research, discovery, case evaluation, and bill analysis—built on your organization’s own data, not generic models. Client & Constituent Collaboration – Secure portals enable transparent collaboration with clients, agencies, and legislative stakeholders in real time. Analytics & Market Intelligence – Tableau-powered dashboards visualize deal terms, case outcomes, and legislative insights across your entire enterprise. Fortress isn’t another tool—it’s a platform-first approach to legal operations. By structuring data and connecting systems, Fortress transforms how attorneys, client teams, and government offices deliver work—making every matter faster, smarter, and more strategic. Follow us to see how Fortress and Fortress.ai are redefining what legal technology can do.
