At the Wildlife Conservation Society, we harness the power of our zoos and aquarium in New York City and our field conservation work around the globe to save wildlife and wild places. Our model: connecting millions of visitors at our urban wildlife parks with the largest and longest-standing field conservation program. In New York, we run the leading zoo in the US, the Bronx Zoo, as well as the Central Park Zoo, Queens Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, and the New York Aquarium. We also employ the largest field-based conservation program, operating in more than 50 countries. These two activities are deeply connected and mutually supportive.

Friends of the Earth is a bold and fearless voice for justice and the planet. We believe all people deserve to live in a healthy environment. We understand that the challenges facing our planet call for more than half measures, so we push for the reforms that are needed, not merely the ones that are politically easy. Sometimes, this involves speaking uncomfortable truths to power and demanding more than people think is possible. It's hard work. But the pressures facing our planet and its people are too important for us to compromise.
