Project Accountability CIC is a lived experience-led organisation committed to breaking cycles of violence, exploitation, and reoffending. Founded by Molly Ellis, a survivor of domestic abuse and the criminal justice system, the organisation uses trauma-informed mentoring, sport, education, and employment pathways to empower young people and adults facing disadvantage. We support individuals through: • Short-term prevention programmes focused on youth violence and gang intervention • Long-term reintegration pathways for those leaving prison, care, or at risk of exclusion • Lived experience mentoring to build trust, resilience, and purpose • Employment and training partnerships with employers across sectors At the heart of our work is this belief: Relatability creates trust. Trust creates awareness. Awareness creates change. Project Accountability exists to make sure no one is written off and that every story has the chance to be rewritten
