Our goal is to improve our member's quality of life and reduce their risk of developing chronic diseases through unique and personalized programs. This helps reduce costs associated with healthcare related expenses over time. Our Program is Simple Progressive Wellness gives members access to a personal health advisor/coach that will provide them with a unique and personalized health plan based off of the results obtained during our initial health assessment. With the data that is obtained, Progressive Wellness determines who is at risk of developing chronic illnesses and preventing them before they occur.
