Progression brings together investors, founders, and Proximity Stakeholders (nonprofits, government agencies, academics, and other technical experts) alongside professional athletes and the outdoor sports community to accelerate breakthrough climate technologies. Progression is for people tired of politics and echo chambers. By building each event around sport and a shared connection to the natural world, Progression creates a neutral, nonpolitical environment where people with different perspectives can connect around practical solutions. The focus is innovation, inspiration, and inclusion, not alarmism and finger-pointing. Presenting companies are selected through our Double Investment Committee (IC) model. An Investor Selection Committee of partner-level venture investors evaluates commercial potential and fundraising readiness. A separate Proximity Stakeholder Committee, made up of nonprofits, academics, government agencies, and other domain experts, evaluates mission alignment, scientific credibility, and real-world climate relevance. Both results carry equal weight, surfacing startups with the strongest combination of commercial potential and meaningful impact. Progression runs three conferences per year, each built around a different outdoor sport and geography: 馃寠 Oceans 路 Perth, Western Australia 路 December 2026 馃彅 Snow 路 Park City, Utah 路 March 2027 馃尣 Trails 路 Tahoe, California 路 August 2027
