PROGGA Information

PROGGA (Knowledge for Progress) is a Bangladeshi non-profit organization for research, training and advocacy. Tobacco Control program is one of its core areas and PROGGA executes a good number of tobacco control initiatives regularly aiming to inspire tobacco control movement across Bangladesh. Recently, it has undertaken a campaign aiming to promote and protect the amended tobacco control policies and its implementation from the vested interests of the tobacco industry by exposing industry tactics, and interference at both policy and grassroots level. The Tobacco Industry Watch BD is one of the social media outlets of the campaign for exposing tobacco industry.
