Profound Growth Information

Leadership and team development, coaching and training for leaders at the edge of profound growth. Grounded in neuroscience research and providing a model of effectiveness (The Seven Levels of Effectiveness) we support leaders through the challenges of change and extreme growth. We are passionate about the whole person and using challenges as a gateway to greater awareness, higher levels of consciousness and mind-body-spirit development. We use our tools to develop teams for greater awareness and inter-personal communication and effectiveness.
