As well as Sales Recruitment we are known for our ProForce Education Day, which has been running for over 15 years. We can proudly say that we have helped over 15,000 qualified University graduates start their careers in sales and at the same time enabled our clients pipeline great sales talent into their organisation. When we place a candidate it doesn't finish there, we bring the candidates back in for 4 modules of sales training during the next 12 months to ensure the success levels our candidates have are above average for the industry. With over 15 years experience of developing Sales talent from graduate through to Sales Directors we have built out an Alumni network of 15,000+ candidates that we have assessed, trained and placed. Our mission is to both drive the growth of our client's sales team and the sales careers of our candidates.
