PROFITENCE (www.profitence.asia) is boutique advisory firm with a focus to serve SME's in the CLMV region. Our Mission is to deliver high quality services and to be the trusted advisers & deliver high-value outcomes to our clients as well as provide a robust experience of opportunities, challenges and career growth to our people. Our registered office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We consider Cambodia as an important gateway to ASEAN with access to over 600 Million people. We are focusing on emerging markets with specific attention to CLMV. We focus on Transaction Advisory Services, Business Consulting, Turnaround and CFO services. PROFITENCE advises clients on a range of strategic and complex business challenges in the areas of valuation, corporate finance, disputes, compliance and other governance-related issues. 2019-2020: The key focus is for Cambodia and Laos where we are involved in multiple sectors namely, Financial Services, Digital Media & Tech Companies, Telecoms (including infrastructure), Logistics, F&B, Education and Healthcare. We are actively working on fund raising for established businesses and developing the Strategy Consulting vertical of the practice. We are engaged in deal scouting, client relationship and networking (in Asia and Europe).
