ProfitableProperty is the training and education unit of JBN Realty Investment, Inc., a locally owned company that purchases, renovates and sells real estate properties in the Washington metro area. Training, Education and Support Founded in 1997 by successful D.C. area real estate investor John Peterson, JBN Realty Investment, Inc. purchases undervalued properties through pre-foreclosures, auctions, bank repossessions, estate sales, bankruptcy and other avenues. Private Investing After completing needed renovations, we either resell the property for income or hold the property for cash flow and appreciation. Financing We are committed to providing homeowners with a quality product at fair market prices, while providing private investors with premium returns. Property Partnering Through ProfitableProperty, we offer training, education and support to people interested in building successful full-time or part-time careers in real estate investing. Property Locating Our singular focus is locating, financing, renovating and transforming distressed real estate in the Washington metropolitan area into ProfitableProperty. Training, Education and Support We purchase $15 million to $20 million of residential real estate per year throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Private Investing We have acquired property ranging from a $19,000 condominium in Silver Spring, Maryland to a $1.7 million estate in McLean, Virginia. In the District, we have managed million-dollar condominium conversion projects. Financing We also finance projects through the placement of private capital, issuing first and second mortgages to our investors. All of our financing is secured by residential real estate.
