PROFINPAR is an entrepreneurial fund whose approach is centered on an active partnership with family-owned SMEs and their shareholders. PROFINPAR's proposition is distinguished by the combination of capital and the expertise of its investor-entrepreneurs who make available their sectoral and functional competences as well as their networks in order to support the partner SMEs. The fund invests between €2m and €6m in medium-sized SMEs or family businesses with an added value of over €2m and an enterprise value of between €2m and €30m. PROFINPAR FUND targets companies located in Belgium, Luxembourg and Northern France. Particular attention is paid to niche companies as well as to sectors undergoing consolidation in growing markets. The driving force of PROFINPAR is made up of entrepreneurs supplemented by private family holdings and institutional investors. Partnerships entered into between 2017 and 2022 are housed in the Profinpar Fund SCSp vehicle.
