Proficient Processing LLC Information

Since opening in 2000, Proficient Processing, LLC. has been proud to serve the Plantation community. Were committed to not only providing quality products and services, but going above and beyond to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. We welcome you to look through our site to see all we have to offer. Reduce Office Overhead, by eliminating costly salaries, benefit packages, sick time, vacations and workmen's compensation insurance. Also by downsizing office space or even by eliminating the office all together. Personal Processor, deal with your personal processor on all your deals. Never get shuffled around, always have a single point of contact. All processing is done in-house and NOT outsourced. Extensive Staff Experience, our staff has extensive underwriter experience. Many with over 30 years in the lending industry. Proficient processing was created by originators who are tired of ineffective in-house processors. We were tired of processors paid on salary with little incentive and processors who frankly didn't seem to care if they closed deals, if customers were satisfied or if the company received new business. Proficient, provides contract loan processing and pre-qualification services to clients who want top-notch processing by processors who only get paid when deals are closed. We demand excellence from our processors and our clients. Proficient can also help you save on payroll. Processing fees can be paid directly by the borrower. Proficient wants you to do more business for less. The only way to truly accomplish this is to respect your relationships and supporting you to make the process as simple as possible.
