Innovative Merchandising came to fruition in 2006, officially becoming a separate entity, Innovative Merchandising Inc, in January 2014. Our focus is to provide local merchants with some of the more detailed advantages mass-merchants can afford by having in-house planning departments. Put simply, Innovative Merchandising is the all-in-one “go to” company for all your merchandising needs. Using our patent-pending technique, we research, design, manage and implement individualized product layout plans (planograms, schematics, modulars, etc) to secure a confirmed growth in sales, a decrease in shrink, and an overall increase in customer response to product placement and store layout. Our employees are trained in new store set-ups, remodels, resets and continuity visits, as well as installation, assembly, and promotion Within my field of expertise audits, and data compilations, amongst the implementation of many other strategic retail marketing schemes developed by my employees, to boost brand awareness and ultimately drive sales.
