For over 30 years, Cornell Professor Mike Timmons (Professor T) and a team of producers have been researching and developing the most sustainable and responsible methods for raising and catching fish. We know seafood is a healthy protein and also delicious! We want to bring the highest quality fish, straight from the ocean or the environmentally responsible farm, directly to you. We produce our own fish and aquaponic vegetables at Vero Beach Freedom Farm, and we also partner with other producers who have the same vision and commitment to quality. If Professor T wouldn't feed it to his grandchildren, you won't find it on our website. That's our promise.
