Was hier funktioniert, wird schweizweit ausgerollt. 🇬🇧 PiR is the innovation engine and lab of the Innovationsverband Schweizer Arbeitsmarkt (ISA) – a dynamic sandbox where forward-thinking program formats are developed, tested, and scaled across Switzerland. Between 2023 and 2025, ISA piloted the intensive course "Agile Business, Startup Skills & Applied Tech" – set to become the "AI-Powered Career Lab" open to the public from summer 2025. Rooted in real-world application, the program combines applied tech, AI-based simulations and frameworks, and interactive learning to foster speed, strategic clarity, and a growth mindset. The Career Lab is tailored to experienced professionals navigating transformation. It delivers measurable gains in productivity, increases career value, and supports transitions across startup, advisory, and corporate contexts. ISA’s PiR pilots respond to a simple insight: career paths are changing – and those who anticipate the shift will shape the future.
