Professional Furniture Service Inc. was founded in 1978. Owner Ken Larbes purchased the company in 1984 after many years in a related upholstery and furniture repair business. Ken has visited and studied furniture restoration techniques in Europe with the Association of Restorers. One of his most memorable jobs was restoring the antique piano at the Taft House in Cincinnati for the National Historic Society. Ken has also restored frames for the Cincinnati Art Museum.
