In 1993 we founded a firm with the lasting purpose of lending a helping hand to our Clients in * active knowledge and competency development, * teaching performance with the required pattern of employee behavior in each position. Our mission is based on our experience and strong belief that our way of cooperating with clients will succeed in the highest quality solutions. We are fascinated by freeing the potential of people and the organisations. We help establish standards and teach how to use them on the path of continuous improvement. In everything we do we feel a responsibility to our Client and the environment. PROFES® implements in Client organizations projects combining "hard" management systems with "soft" skills of the employees - their motivation and their commitment.
