Discovery: - Construction of the product roadmap, with internal and external stakeholders and in connection with the constraints of the technical team - Creation of a Discovery methodology adapted to the company - Animation of ideation workshops, qualitative and quantitative surveys to collect user needs - Creation of a process to collect customer needs reported by internal teams (feedback loop) Delivery: - Structuring and help in recruiting a product team (expertise User Research, Product Ownership but also Design and Data) - Internal team training and customer communication processes after a product launch - Structuring of the delivery methodology with the Tech team (tools, definition of ready and definition of done, acceptance criteria, user story writing, agile ceremonies)
