We are a group of highly experienced project delivery experts, specialising in infrastructure and facilities. ProDirection’s project directors provide strategic project solutions and leadership to the largest and most challenging facilities, infrastructure and building projects nationwide. Our services create exceptional value for our clients and the communities in which they operate. ProDirections Celebrates 10 Years We set up ProDirections in 2003 as New Zealand's only Project Director consultancy focused on providing services for the owners of major buildings and infrastructure. Our goal was to assist them establish the scope, commercial underpinnings and teams to deliver large complex projects throughout New Zealand. Ten years on, our team has worked with clients to establish and lead projects in power generation, airports, public buildings, health, irrigation, rail and commercial developments across New Zealand. Being based in Christchurch, our workload in the last 2+ years has been heavily concentrated in helping with the recovery of Canterbury after the earthquakes, working with CERA, CCDU, EQC, CCC, private insurers and most recently, Lyttelton Port. The next ten years will see us contribute in many areas as New Zealand grows off the back of a sound fiscal management and investment in export led development.
