Founded in 2001 by Bill Walton, the firm has been selected by such firms as New York Life, Avis Budget Group, Prudential Retirement, and Guggenheim Investments to make talent an even bigger part of their business strategy. Whether it's a change in product offering, shift in technology, or an effort to develop a more collaborative culture, we have the coaches with the experience to add momentum to any implementation. All of our coaches are “behavioralists” – meaning they understand the dynamics not only with their coachees, but with the critical stakeholders that interact with them. It's not possible to be mindful of all perspectives across an organization – ProDirect helps make sense of that for senior leaders.
