Nisin is a antimicrobial peptide with preserving properties, which is especially efficient towards gram positive bacteriae and spores. We have the following culture bacteriae: DVI cultures (direct addition) "Media" for culturing bacteriae "Media" is a special powder mix containing all of the necessary nutrients for optimum growing of starter cultures.
