Proctor Services, Inc. was formed on November 28, 2000, as a C-Corporation with the firm’s purpose being that of property management and real estate investment. In April 2001, the company began management of Affordable Storage, LLC, a mini-storage and commercial retail facility, located in Concord, NC. In September, 2003, the company began managing a total of 495 apartment units in Charlotte, NC. Multifamily properties included Silverstone Apartments, Jamestowne Apartments, Shadowood Apartments, and Riverwalk Apartments. In May 2005, the company added Oak Park at Briar Creek Apartments with 276 apartment units. The company sold Jamestowne Apartments as condominiums and Silverstone and Shadowood Apartments. Proctor Services now manages 420 apartments, 28,400 square feet of mini-storage and 20,000 square feet of commercial space.
