ProCleared LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focusing on TS/SCI cleared personnel in support of the U.S. Intelligence Community. Our primary focus is in three broad areas: Analytical Services, Engineering/SETA Services and Administrative Support Services. We pride ourselves on our ability to identify, attract and retain top quality people. This is possible because we approach recruiting differently than most. Recruiting is at the core of our business model, it is our foremost competency, and is the basis of everything we do. We believe in a long-term relationship building approach, where we really get to “know” the candidates. We focus on the right person for the job. Candidates and employees are treated equitably and never as a commodity. This approach results in a pipeline of candidates willing to wait on “the right” position to come out and enables ProCleared to be very responsive on “short” turn-around requirements.
