ProCirrus is full service managed service provider delivering a full spectrum of dedicated information technology services as a resource to professional service customers, outsourcing their network architecture, infrastructure, application and cybersecurity to ProCirrus via continuous support, maintenance and active administration within ProCirrus onshore datacenters. Unlike typical cloud services providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, Office365), ProCirrus works under an explicit non-disclosure service agreement in conjunction with the customer as their full service outsourced IT department. Managed services include user provisioning, help desk, software installation, file restore, backup, compliance, patch management, change management, firewall and endpoint monitoring of the customers environment.
