Established in 2007, PROCIMMO SA is an asset manager of real-estate collective investments approved by the Swiss Financial Market Authority (FINMA). The company today manages property assets worth at about 4 billion Swiss francs distributed in six investment funds. Its team comprises more than 40 staff working at its main office in Renens, its branch in Zurich and its office in Geneva. The real estate funds of PROCIMMO SA are the following ones: Invested mainly in industrial and artisanal buildings with high yield potential in French-speaking Switzerland, Procimmo Real Estate SICAV, now mature, distributes a regular and high return by rotating its property portfolio. www.procimmo1.ch Benefiting from experience of Procimmo SICAV, Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II follows the same strategy of its elder sister by focusing on real estate activities in German-speaking Switzerland. This fund was launched in May 2014. www.procimmo2.ch Immobilier-CH pour Institutionnels 56j was created exclusively to meet the needs of pension funds and other entities under Swiss law exempt from direct taxation. This fund invests for the most part in residential property in French-speaking Switzerland. www.immo56.ch Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 was launched in 2015 and invests in industrial and artisanal buildings in French-speaking Switzerland. The fund is reserved for Swiss institutions of pension funds and other Swiss entities who are exempted from tax. www.procimmo56.ch Streetbox Real Estate Fund ensures the construction, promotion and sale of modular industrial premises intended for SMEs and private individuals.
