A start-up sports analysis consulting company focused on advancing the public and private understanding of back-office and on-field interpretations of various sports through the use of advanced mathematical and software-driven techniques. Authors of the extremely well-received book, Basketball Analytics: Objective and Efficient Strategies for Understanding How Teams Win. We've consulted for years in the NHL with a focus on player value and game strategy as understood through context using spatial tracking analysis. Our original player, team, and lineup evaluation techniques in the NBA are in use by various front-offices. We have also consulted with player agents where our work was used in contract negotiations with NBA teams. Our focus has always been to solve complex analytical problems and to communicate the solutions to those problems effectively.
