At Probus OneTouch, we manufacture and import products for our own online retail stores. We can do the same for you. We understand your business. Many "import sourcing" organizations import products for others but don't actually sell any products for themselves. We do for ourselves what we do for our clients, which gives us a unique perspective in being able to see both sides of the business. Selling our own products means that we do everything possible to source high quality products the first time around. We are not booking or selling agents. We are not an offshore entity. We are a Minnesota company that has our products made for ourselves in China. We know what the American consumer expects: great quality and great packaging done at the "China Price" that provides the savings you need to be competitive. From plastic injection molding to hard and soft goods, we have multiple factories that supply well known B-to-B customers as well as many big box retailers. Let our experience of "eating our own cooking" be available to you as well. We know our factory owners personally. We visit our factories in China regularly and have close working relationships with the factory owners. We also have our own staff based in China that coordinates factory specifications, inspections and import documentation before the product reaches the U.S. Our Chinese staff knows the culture firsthand and can negotiate and communicate with factory owners on our behalf.
