Established in 2003. pain management My name is Alex Frigino and I specialize in pain and stress management education and althealth modalities. I started my career as a massage therapist in 1995 and since then have learned as much as possible from my clients, teachers, and master therapists around the world. It was while working in spas and clinics on land and at sea that I saw the need to expand my skills beyond massage therapy. Over the years I added Tragerwork, Specialized Kinesiology, Craniosacral Therapy, MET, PNF, PNT, as well as yogic and martial corrective exercise modalities to my skill set. In 2003 I felt confident enough in my healing abilities to start Probodywork.com as a private practice focused on the ergonomic, nutritional, neuromuscular, and myofascial components of pain.
