ProActive Sports Rehab was established in 2005 by Anthony T. Goode PT/ATC and Jeffrey D. Kirchmyer PT. Their goal was establishing an outpatient orthopedic clinic with individualized attention to their patients, all while making the patients rehab experience enjoyable. ProActive opened its first office in Hamburg, NY in March of 2005. After 3 years, a second location was opened in Sterling Park Medical Complex in Orchard Park. The Hamburg location was then relocated to its current Hamburg location in 2010 on Southwestern Blvd.
