PRO Pallet South is a full service pallet company employing approximately 65 full time employees, located in Troy, North Carolina; we operate out of a 42,000 square foot building on 15 acres. Our primary business is building new pallets from recycled lumber. We bring in truck loads of used pallets every day and dismantle them through our horizontal dismantlers. We then re-saw the lumber into the new dimensions and build a new pallet at one of our 14 build stations. We also build pallets using virgin lumber and repair pallets. We have a kiln on-site to handle any heat treating requirements for international shipments. PRO Pallet South has our own trucks, enclosed 53' vans and flatbeds that we can deliver pallets with or spot at customer locations for pallet removal programs. In 2011, we installed a grinding operation that allows PRO Pallet South to recycle 100% of the wood waste at our facility. This waste is then sold as mulch or boiler fuel.
