Performance Physio & Rehab is a health, wellness and fitness company based out of Australia.

Bondi Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre was established in 1987. From a humble one room beginnings in O'Brien Street Bondi, it is a measure of the respect from the Bondi Community that Lisa Tomlinson-Alonso has grown the Clinic to its current status in Curlewis Street over 3 decades. The principal, Lisa Tomlinson-Alonso has been a physiotherapist since 1985 and has been awarded the title of "Sports Physiotherapist" from the Australian Physiotherapy Association. This involves a rigorous selection process following extensive post-graduate university study and years of physiotherapy management of athletes and sporting teams, both amateur and professional. Albert Alonso also graduated in 1985 & brings extensive Sports Physiotherapy & National League team experience to the Bondi Community. Most of our clients come to us through recommendation of friends and family, but we also have a steady flow of referrals from medical specialists and general practitioners in Sydney.
