For more than 8 years we have been building the JOY Retail Park network: 10 open projects, around 22,000 sqm leased and 100% occupancy. Our tenants include Penny, Pepco, JYSK, Sinsay and other international brands. What we do: • Real estate development & investment – we source the land, secure permits, build and deliver pre-leased projects backed by long-term leases. • Property & Facility Management – we run commercial assets so they stay efficient, safe and profitable. • Asset & Project Management – we keep the costs, risks and timeline of a real estate investment under control, from plan to opening. • Green energy – we integrate EV charging and energy-efficiency solutions aligned with nZEB standards.
