Our History We started our construction company 18 years ago, specializing in concrete and masonry. For years we did our scheduling the old fashioned way; with simple pen and paper. The Breakthrough Twelve years ago, we set out to design and implement our very own scheduling system. We spent a lot of time and effort into making a system that worked and addressed our needs. The Dilemma We grew and became a sub-contractor to many builders, and this left us inundated with paperwork. Keeping track of all our employees became a massive chore for us. Our Success For the first time, we had a system that showed everyone’s schedule in realtime, and it was life-changing. We’ve been using this in-house system for ten years now. The Revamp Nine years after creating our first scheduling software, we decided to revamp it. We wanted more features, better automation, and more control. And after fourteen months we were able to roll out a bigger, better version of our system. Pro Crew Our new and revamped software allows us to manage all our 120 employees, and the countless subcontractors we have all over the Tampa area and surrounding neighborhoods. It allows us to effortlessly keep track of everything, letting us focus more on the important tasks of the projects we handle. Now, we decided to release our software to the general public.
