Private Flight is a Swiss-based SaaS company moving aviation catering from orders to orchestration. We call this new operating model Inflight Catering Services Orchestration. It transforms fragmented catering activities, spread across emails, spreadsheets and individual relationships, into a connected, visible and scalable end-to-end service, bringing every participant, workflow and payment together on a single platform. Our platform supports four segments: Fleet, Royal and Government (including Military), VIP Cabin Crew, and Cargo, each facing its own operational complexity, each managed through the same connected infrastructure. Wherever operators sit, orchestration delivers the same three outcomes: Control and Reliability, Visibility and Traceability, and Consistency and Standardisation across every catering operation, however demanding. Behind this is a supply chain of over 2,000 approved inflight caterers, restaurants and hotels across more than 175 countries, giving operators the reach and confidence to manage catering wherever they fly.
