PRISTA OIL HOLDING EAD is one of the leading Bulgarian companies, operating in more than 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Near and Middle East, as well as in Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan and others. PRISTA OIL GROUP is a holding structure, with two main activities: Production and trading of motor and industrial oils, greases and special fluids – operations managed totally by PRISTA OIL HOLDING EAD and its international affiliates. Part of the holding is the Holland based – STAR OIL – one of the biggest companies trading with base oils and raw materials. Battery Business – part of the MONBAT structure (one of the blue chips on Sofia Stock Exchange) PRISTA OILS’s production facilities are set up and developed following the state-of-the-art and innovative technologies as a result of company-own research and development activities, as well as with the cooperation of world leading companies in lubricants and chemical business, such as Chevron Global Lubricants, Ashland, ERGON Europe MEA, GreenChem etc. PRISTA OIL has its own production facilities in Bulgaria, Turkey and Hungary, where the lubricants, greases, different types of vaseline, auto cosmetics and special automotive fluids are manufactured. PRISTA OIL has also an excellently established logistics structure, which includes 4 storage terminals for base oils with total capacity of 52 000 m3.
