Located in Madrid, Prisme is an independent consulting firm, specialized in transaction advisory services and financial management. Our team provides support during the transaction process through a variety of missions, from pre-deal to post-deal stages. This covers: . sell-side and buy-side due diligence projects . support in the negotiation of the Share and purchase agreement (price, closing mechanisms) . execution of the contract post-deal (price adjustments, earn-outs, leakage reviews, arbitrage) . design and set-up of financial tools post-deal. We hold projects in Spanish, English, French and German for corporate firms and PE on targets with revenues ranging between 5m€ and 300m€.
