Priska Consulting Information

Priska Consulting advises data center investors and developers on water resource strategy, energy resilience, and OT/ICS cybersecurity — the Critical Resilience Triad™. Legal permission to build is not the same as the license to operate. We help hyperscaler and colocation developers, utilities, and infrastructure investors get ahead of the moratorium instead of building into it, addressing water, energy, and cybersecurity risk on the timeline of the project — not after the community meeting that stops it. What we do: • Water resource strategy — site-level water audits, watershed impact analysis, net-positive water commitments • Energy resilience — cooling strategy, airflow and thermal design, utility capacity analysis • OT/ICS cybersecurity — critical infrastructure protection for the operational technology running water, power, and cooling systems • Investor and site risk advisory — tax incentive strategy, community risk assessment, executive briefings Led by Dr. Priscilla Johnson, Ph.D. — formerly Microsoft's Director of Water Strategy, where she led the team behind the world's first off-grid water data center during Cape Town's Day Zero drought. priskaconsulting.com
