PEP is an organisation of Consultants and Associates covering England and Wales. PEP works with statutory and voluntary agencies and with local communities, to improve services and make sure they meet community needs. PEP is also a member of ATIC, of which Keith Mann of PEP is chief executive. ATIC is a member of Co-ops UK and has strong working relationships with the NFTMO, DCLG, HCA and TSA. We provide advice, hands on project work, training and research services. Our vision is in line with government objectives to tackle social exclusion, support neighbourhood renewal and build sustainable communities. PEP brings: • Nearly 30 years of putting residents at the centre of regeneration and community development in our area-based project work. • Over 15 years of providing an independent resident advice service to tenants and leaseholders considering the options for the future ownership and management of their homes across the country and in area based regeneration projects. • Expertise as a leading tenant-training organisation. Until last year we ran the Communities and Local Government (CLG) sponsored National Tenant Training Programme, in partnership with TPAS. In our last year of this contract we trained over 700 delegates on a wide range of topics. • A long history in the development of Tenant Management. • A good understanding of the revised regulations and the Common Assessment Model.
