Primitive Strength Information

Primitive Strength and Wellness is a fitness and massage studio that primarily uses kettlebells to enhance your flexibility, strength and conditioning. Our emphases are on technique and safe progression. We offer a wealth of knowledge to help you get, and maintain a quality of life you were meant to have. We have the areas only certified StrongFirst instructors. If your goal is simply to be able to get up and down from a chair or to be a well trained athlete, we are here to help you obtain the best results in the shortest amount of time. We have received instruction from the best at StrongFirst, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Precision Nutrition. We are excited to bring the same caliber of instruction and training to you. We have Amarillo's best massage therapist who has over 20 years of experience. We offer very detailed and specific massages, that will help restore lost and limited movement. We are all LMT's who have been trained in myofascial release. Using these techniques, we can identify movement malfunction, fix the impingement, or clear away what is limiting your range of motion. Then as trainers, get the body to work in its original firing order again while strengthening the full body with body weight, kettlebell, and barbell exercises.
