The PRIME3 program, designed to assist Primex3 members to improve risk management performance, is an important component of our comprehensive service approach. PRIME3 outlines ten Risk Management Best Practices that, when implemented, will assist members to establish a risk management culture within their organization, and also demonstrate their commitment to being a responsible member of the Primex3 public entity risk pool. A key element of the PRIME3 program encourages members to establish, and then meet, risk management improvement goals that are specific to their needs.
