Primemail Inc Information

No, PrimeMail is an email forwarding service. Question - I run a direct mailer business - can I get your customer email addresses? No, PrimeMail has not and will not provide the email addresses of our valued customer's to anyone or any business - period. Question - I've been with free email services in the past (some who are no longer in business) and found that the service degraded as they signed up hundreds of thousands of new users each month; until the point where it took hours upon hours to receive my email. Also, with so many users, their technical support department could not respond to my questions. How do I know this won't happen with PrimeMail? It is not unusual for free email services to sign up new accounts that number in the hundreds of thousands each month; the leading free email services have millions of users! They want to sign up as many users as possible, as fast as possible, so they can charge their advertisers more money. In contrast, PrimeMail's current focus and long term goal is not to be the biggest, but to be the best, in our segment of the industry - both in email processing speed (time to process your email is less than 1 second) and in technical support. We have state-of-the-art mail servers that are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will not let our customer base build up to the point where it interferes with the processing of existing customer's email delivery or to the point where we cannot respond to technical support questions in a timely manner.
