An original staff of just five managed a handful of beach houses and personally assisted all guests with every aspect of their stay and all homeowners with every facet of their homes. Today, we are a passionate team of 450+ continuing to provide premium personalized service. We offer our property owners in coastal Florida comprehensive services for managing their homes and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our seven boutique hotels, two restaurants, two marinas, and 1400+ rental properties. PRIME VACATIONS is committed to our communities and strives to make them a better place for locals and visitors.
