She incorporated Prime Talent Pte Ltd in 2007, in Singapore. The last five years in Executive Search within the Asian Private banking vertical have seen Nandita establish a credible name within the sector, across geographies and securing closures on desk head and senior relationship and advisory mandates as well as developing long term key client relationships. Nandita has an MBA in Finance from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, India and is currently based in Singapore. HIMANSHU NAHARAS - Practice Head, Banking & Financial Services Himanshu has over 17 years of experience across India and Singapore in Banking. Having worked across varied functions like Global Markets, Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking, Human Resources, Business Planning and Operations, Himanshu is well placed to understand the clients’ and candidates’ needs and brings credibility to the table. Himanshu has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta & a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and is based in Singapore.
