Prime Strategy is the advisory division of Prime Studio, focused on the decisions that matter most before a product is designed or engineered. Many products fail before a designer ever touches them — not because the design was wrong, but because the brief was. We do the groundwork that makes a good brief inevitable: who the product is for, where the white space is, and how it wins against what’s already on shelf.
