My new company, Prime Strategy Consulting Group , is established to provide advice to small and medium size businesses, with the aim of improving their efficiency and their profits, increasing their value or providing continuity or exit options to their owners, be it operational or financial restructuring for growth, disposal, merger or an IPO.
